Campaign identity and promotion microsite
Founded at the birth of the industry in 1909, Flight International is the oldest, continuously published aviation magazine and is Reed Business Information's oldest running publication. It was also picked to be their first ever publication developed for the iPad.
Bringing a new product to market is no easy task, so we were understandably thrilled when we were selected to help the marketing team with such an important campaign. Although we were given a great deal of creative freedom, it was important that we didn't deviate too far away from the existing brand guidelines or develop anything that would alienate their existing loyal readership. However, the brief did ask for something modern, fresh and a little different to anything else they've done before.
The campaign identity had to work across different channels, including: press advertising, direct mail, banner advertisement, email templates, forms, press advertising and, of course, the web. And with an international audience, the message needed to be easily interpreted.
