About us

Our name encapsulates everything that we hold dear: we really do care about the needs of others, value kindness and you'll often catch us deep in thought. We also love finding ways to bring a smile to faces. We enjoy doing good things to make peoples lives a little better. So much so, we've coined the phrase 'Do good every day' and, yes, we put in into practise – every day.

We know you will enjoy working with us so get in touch and let us show you the more, well, Thoughtful way of doing things.

Branding and identity

Our team of designers have many years of experience helping organisations grow. Our track record speaks for itself, working with International brands like Bremont and Sesame; festivals like EFG London Jazz Festival, K-music and Totally Thames; venues like Corn Exchange Newbury and organisations like Serious, Incorporated Society of Musicians, Royal Philharmonic Society and The Sheriffs Office.

Our expertise is in design and not based in any specific industry sector. So if you need to reach new audiences, launch a new campaign or simply need a refresh then talk to us.

Websites that work

We have exceptional expertise in developing world class websites that enhance an organisation’s brand and, more importantly, their relationship with their audience. To us, it is important that a website does more than look pretty, it needs to perform well in order to meet the business objectives and expectations demanded of today’s users.

Thoughtful are able to deliver high quality websites because, unlike other design agencies, we do not outsource our website development. We have no need as we have all the design and development expertise in house.

“Working with the team at Thoughtful truly is a delight. We often say in our office that they do exactly what they say on the tin; they really are thoughtful. Attentive when you need their help, sympathetic when you think you may have broken your website, considerate to the needs of the staff who use the website, as well as the end user and kind when you don’t understand technical jargon and they explain it to you in layman’s terms! Simon and Joshua have made this daunting project seem manageable and overall an enjoyable experience – thank you for all your help!”
